What you share with us

When you enquire or buy, we collect the contact and business details you provide. Your project space also collects your creative brief, preferences, uploaded assets and project communications. Please do not upload passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

How information is used

We use this information to respond to you, process your order, create and deliver your website or system, manage revisions and provide project updates. Website hosting also involves technical information such as request logs used to operate and protect the service.

Service providers

The service uses Netlify for hosting and project storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for project emails, and GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for customer relationship workflows where configured. These providers process information needed to provide their services and may process it outside Canada. Card details are handled by Stripe; do not send card details through our questionnaire.

Enquiries and the free workflow guide

When you open our enquiry form, GoHighLevel/LeadConnector loads an embedded form and may process technical browser information. Your name and email are required to send an enquiry; a note and business or website are optional. We store submitted details and notify AI Plug so we can reply about your request. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive records. The free guide, PDF and prompt downloads are available without signup. Copying a template uses your browser clipboard and does not send its contents to us. If you request the guide by email, we use your email address and optional first name to send the requested guide through GoHighLevel/LeadConnector. You can separately choose to receive occasional AI Plug tips and offers using an optional, unchecked checkbox. Guide access does not require that choice. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails or contact hi@theaiplug.io to ask about your information.

AI chat

Daisy is an AI assistant. When you use our website chat, your messages, contact details you choose to provide, and technical conversation information are processed and stored through GoHighLevel/LeadConnector so we can answer your questions and follow up. The chat uses browser storage to maintain your conversation. Please do not share payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information. Using web chat does not subscribe you to marketing texts. You can also contact hi@theaiplug.io directly.

Project links, storage and cookies

Your private project link grants access to your project. Keep it private. The site may use browser storage for preferences, saved form progress and referral information. For email campaigns, we record reported opens and link clicks and use a campaign reference to connect landing-page visits, pricing views, brief starts, checkout starts and completed purchases to the recipient record. This helps us measure drop-off and tailor follow-ups. Campaign references are stored for the browsing session; they do not contain your email address. These signals can be incomplete or affected by automated email scanning. We do not use advertising pixels. You can stop marketing follow-ups using the email unsubscribe link or by replying 2 or No thanks. Stripe and other services you choose to visit have their own privacy and cookie practices.

Free First Look requests and measurement

We use the business details, priorities and optional notes you submit to assess fit, research public professional information and prepare your First Look. We may use AI-assisted tools for research and production, with human review. Your survey draft is saved in this browser session so you can go back without retyping.

First-party measurement records page visits, survey steps, preview opens, purchase actions and handover interactions using a random session identifier. General analytics events do not contain your form answers, email or private access token. On submission, the session identifier and campaign labels are attached to your private project to help us understand which journeys lead to actual purchases. Qualification, delivery and verified payments are recorded by our server. Browser event measurement honours Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track; essential project and payment records remain necessary to provide the service. No advertising pixels are added by this flow.

Retention and your choices

Project and transaction information is retained as needed to deliver services, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. To ask about your information, request access or correction, or request deletion, email hi@theaiplug.io. Some records may need to be kept for legal or accounting purposes.
