What you share with us
When you enquire or buy, we collect the contact and business details you provide. Your project space also collects your creative brief, preferences, uploaded assets and project communications. Please do not upload passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
How information is used
We use this information to respond to you, process your order, create and deliver your website or system, manage revisions and provide project updates. Website hosting also involves technical information such as request logs used to operate and protect the service.
Service providers
The service uses Netlify for hosting and project storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for project emails, and GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for customer relationship workflows where configured. These providers process information needed to provide their services and may process it outside Canada. Card details are handled by Stripe; do not send card details through our questionnaire.
AI chat
Daisy is an AI assistant. When you use our website chat, your messages, contact details you choose to provide, and technical conversation information are processed and stored through GoHighLevel/LeadConnector so we can answer your questions and follow up. The chat uses browser storage to maintain your conversation. Please do not share payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information. Using web chat does not subscribe you to marketing texts. You can also contact hi@theaiplug.io directly.
Project links, storage and cookies
Your private project link grants access to your project. Keep it private. The site may use browser storage for preferences, saved form progress and referral information. We have not added advertising pixels or behavioural analytics to the marketing pages. Stripe and other services you choose to visit have their own privacy and cookie practices.
Retention and your choices
Project and transaction information is retained as needed to deliver services, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. To ask about your information, request access or correction, or request deletion, email hi@theaiplug.io. Some records may need to be kept for legal or accounting purposes.
