Website purchase terms

Free First Look. $599 to own your website.

Request a free homepage direction through our short survey. We review requests for business identity, scope and fit before accepting them. No card, deposit or obligation to buy is required. If accepted, your confirmation starts a 48-hour First Look window. A First Look is a private homepage direction, not a launched website.

What your $599 CAD purchase includes

One responsive website page, built around your business: introduction, services, story, available verified proof and a clear contact or booking action. One consolidated correction round within the chosen direction, launch checks, downloadable website files and setup guidance are included. You approve the direction and explicitly pay before final production and handover. There is no automatic charge or website subscription.

Extra pages, e-commerce, portals, IDX feeds, custom integrations, redesigns and custom video production need a separate written quote. Links to your existing booking or shop service can be included.

Ownership and handover

After full payment and completion, we transfer the agreed finished website files for your use and provide setup guidance. Third-party fonts, software, photography and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licences. We document any relevant restrictions in the handover. Your business name, domain and supplied content remain yours. If you do not purchase, the unpurchased concept and code remain with AI Plug.

Hosting and future changes

Domain purchase and renewal, hosting, email services and future content updates are separate. Receiving a preview does not start any subscription. We confirm any additional service and cost before you agree to it. No redesign or ongoing update allowance is included in the $599 website purchase. Defects in the agreed delivered work are not paid content extras.

Your materials and finishing touches

We research public business information to inform your draft. You check the final business facts, services, contact destinations and proof before launch. After purchase, use your private space to upload updated materials and submit one consolidated set of corrections. You must have permission to use anything you supply. We confirm final delivery timing for the agreed corrections; missing confirmations or scope changes can affect it.

Existing orders and other services

Orders placed under earlier paid First Look, Custom, invitation or testimonial offers retain their recorded prices, credits, scope and accepted terms. The new $599 offer does not retroactively change those agreements. Listing Pages and Systems are separate services.

Systems and examples

Systems projects are scoped separately; website package prices do not apply to systems. Portfolio concepts demonstrate design possibilities and do not promise business results, search rankings or revenue.
